A: It varies on different models. Take the BMW i4 eDrive40 for example, the battery capacity is 83.9kWh and the on-board charger is 11kW. If you install an 11kW/7kW charger at home, it takes 83.9kWh/11kW=7.6 hours to fully charge the vehicle
